Founding cohort terms.

§ 01 · WHO WE ARE

HOTMESS London is operated by Smash Daddys Ltd, a company registered in England (registered office available on request via compliance@hotmessldn.com). When these terms say "HOTMESS," "we," or "us," that means Smash Daddys Ltd. "You" means you, the person using the platform.

§ 02 · FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP

By signing up to the founding cohort, you agree:

• You are 18 years or older.
• You will provide accurate information at signup (email, name, username, city).
• Your claimed username is yours permanently as long as your account remains in good standing.
• Your founding badge (ORIGINAL 50, FOUNDING MEMBER, or EARLY MEMBER) is permanent recognition — it survives any pricing change.
• Founding membership is free and remains so for the duration specified at signup (lifetime for Original 50 and Founding; 6 months Hotmess tier for Early, then drops to the free tier with badge retained).

§ 03 · WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Appear on the Pulse globe with the visibility level you choose (Pulse / Right Now / Discreet Mode / The Disappear).
• Use the Safety Suite — The Window, The Exit, The Disappear, SOS — for yourself, with the trusted contacts you nominate.
• Browse Ghosted, message other members, attend events, claim beacons.
• Listen to HOTMESS Radio without signup.
• Withdraw from any feature, delete any consent, delete your account, at any time.

§ 04 · WHAT YOU AGREE NOT TO DO

• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Harvest, scrape, or republish member data or content.
• Use the platform to harass, dox, or threaten anyone.
• Misrepresent another member's recovery status or out them in any way.
• Attempt to bypass the Safety Suite's rate limits or use SOS for non-emergency purposes.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.

§ 05 · SAFETY SUITE

The Safety Suite is harm-reduction infrastructure. It is not an emergency service. SOS notifies your trusted contacts; it does not dial 999 / 112 / 911. For police, fire, or medical emergencies, you remain responsible for contacting professional emergency services. We document this in the Safety Suite UI itself, on every primitive.

§ 06 · YOUR DATA

§ 07 · TERMINATION

• You can delete your account at any time. We erase your data within 30 days, retaining only what UK law requires (statutory accounting records do not apply to free members).
• We can suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach § 04 above. We will tell you why. You can appeal to compliance@hotmessldn.com.

§ 08 · CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Cosmetic changes are made in place; the version and updated date at the top of this page always reflect the current state. If you don't agree to a material change, you can delete your account before the change takes effect — your founding badge survives the deletion in the platform credits.

§ 09 · JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
